Ha Moment focuses on creating training opportunities to youth workers, NGO staff members, trainers, facilitators, educators that are ready for competence development.

We focus on topics connected with empathy, communication, cooperation, conflict transformation. We are following non formal education principles, life long learning and build our trainings on needs analysis and plan activities using experiential learning cycle.

We love learning by playing and so use for our content game based learning, gamification, Lego Serious Play and original tools and methods created by our team. We follow methodologies of Non Violent Communication and emotional awareness techniques. We come hand by hand in using different digital tools that put our trainings more efficient and sustainable.

Our approach in trainings is based on building social change from inside out. We focus on self-awareness as the first step in learning and improvement. We are good on putting our participants out of their comfort zones in a safe space and know how to bring them back home. We are not afraid on getting emotionally aware, vulnerable and challenge our beliefs together with groups.

Our staff are experience trainers and project managers with expertise on planning, implementing and evaluating international youth work mobilities. We host groups in Portugal, we co-organise mobilities in different countries and we do freelance trainings and facilitation. Trainings are our passion that brings us to work on constant improvement on facilitation competences and developing further expertise by regular 360 * self-assessment and feedback.

We are part of European Badge Alliance and use Open Badges to recognise participants competences creating unique badge maps of their learning journeys.
