During 5 days we hosted 22 participants from 11 different countries in our beautiful Lisbon for a Training Course ‘One Last Chance’ that’s treats conflict management as its main topic. It was first training course organised by Ha Moment with cooperation of Narviksenteret from Norway (More about our partner you can find here: http://warmuseum.no)

Trainers – Sergio Goncalves, Joakim Arnoy and Jose Branco had already experience working in the conflict area at different levels and with the use of non-formal education methodology the training was full of amazing content. One Last Chance was mostly based around educational game Mission Z that was created during KA2 Strategic Partnership ‘Borderline Boardgames’ and we had the chance to play it with our participants. Besides Mission Z we had as well opportunity to test new card game about stereotypes ‘Typecast’ that we are working on and we received great feedback about it from participants.

We were accommodated in great hostel Revolutionary Accommodation in multicultural district of Lisbon – Arroios, where we enjoyed foods from different cultures and amazing climate. Great staff from the hostel made everyone feel very welcomed.

Overall as our first training we are very happy, we think it was great success and we achieved our goals.

Some evaluation comments we got:

“Trainers pay attention to the group, proffesionalism of the trainers, outcome of the course and what I learn, group because everyone collaborate with each other, food food food – nobody was hungry or unhappy”

“High quality of the program, great trainers and good group connection”

“I am now was more worried with international conflicts, have more kowledge about technologies about newspaper that helps to know what happening in the world, and have more ideias to spread, and think can be more creative.”
