We provide a combination of training and consulting, with bases on Non-Formal Learning methodologies, to bring an innovative approach to the traditional training templates. With this approach, we create an initial diagnosis to understand the needs of your company, organisation and staff, and to tailor a specific training for you to meet those needs. We do not have pre-made training templates. Each training is unique and designed specifically for each client, pinpointing all the most important topics for you.

Our training activities are build on the Learning Experience Cycle developed by David Kolb in 1984, which later become know by Kolb Cycle or Kolb Learning Experience Cycle.

It is composed by 4 stages:

  • 1. Concrete Experience – (a new experience or situation is encountered, or a reinterpretation of existing experience).
  • 2. Reflective Observation of the new experience. (of particular importance are any inconsistencies between experience and understanding).
  • 3. Abstract Conceptualization (reflection gives rise to a new idea, or a modification of an existing abstract concept).
  • 4. Active Experimentation (the learner applies them to the world around them to see what results).

After the training we deliver a report with our evaluation and observation, using specific data gathered from ongoing evaluations with the participants, so you can have documentation that will support any change you may need to make in your company or organization.
